By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility

    • Only one entry per person is permitted.

    • The competition is open to residents of the following East Waste Member Council areas:
      Adelaide Hills Council, City of Burnside, City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters, City of Mitcham, City of Prospect, and City of Unley.

  2. Consent

    • By entering, you consent to East Waste and its Member Councils using your submitted image or video for future promotions and communications.

  3. Entry Period

    • Entries must be received by Friday, 30 May 2025.

  4. Winner Selection and Notification

    • Winners will be drawn on Monday, 2 June 2025 and notified via email and/or telephone.

    • Up to three contact attempts will be made. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected.

  5. Entry Conditions

    • East Waste reserves the right to accept or reject entries at its discretion.

    • Entries containing offensive or inappropriate content will be disqualified.

  6. Organiser

    • This competition is conducted by East Waste on behalf of its participating Member Councils.

  7. Liability

    • East Waste is not responsible for any loss incurred in connection with entering the competition.

  8. Announcement and Promotion

    • The winning entry will be announced on social media and may also appear in Council e-newsletters or printed publications.

    • Winners may be invited to participate in a promotional photograph wearing their winning t-shirt and holding a bag of Jeffries CulChar. Participation is optional.

  9. Privacy

    • Personal contact details will remain confidential and will not be published.

    • Contact details will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be retained afterward.

  10. Entry Submission

  • It is the responsibility of each entrant to submit their completed entry form to staff at their participating Council’s Customer Service Desk. Entries will be securely stored.

  1. Prize Collection

  • Prizes must be collected from the relevant Council after 2 June 2025, at a time arranged with the winner.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged prizes will not be replaced or refunded.
