Register of Confidential Items
Section 90 of the Local Government Act 1999 provides that East Waste Board or Committee a may order the members of the Board, Committee or public to be excluded from attendance at a meeting. To do this East Waste Board or Committee must apply an order which will specify the reason for the order, duration of the order or the circumstances in which the order will cease to apply, or a period after which the order must be reviewed.
This register is a listing of all the items that East Waste has retained in confidence.
Register of Delegations
The Register of Delegations contains all of East Waste’s delegations and sub delegations concerning the General Manager, Managers, Business Partner, Team Leader and Officers.
Register of Interests
In accordance with Section 72 of the Local Government Act 1999 Directors and Deputy Directors of the East Waste Board are required to submit Ordinary and Primary Returns to East Waste.
The completed Returns form the East Waste Register of Interests.
The Register is available for public inspection at East Waste, 1 Temple Court, Ottaway during normal office hours.
A copy of the Register of Interests is available on payment of a fee as fixed by the Constituent Councils.
