- Competition is open to residents in East Waste’s 7 member Council areas only: Adelaide Hills Council, City of Burnside, Campbelltown City Council, City of Norwood Payneham and St Peters, City of Mitcham, Town of Walkerville and City of Prospect.
- Entries must be posted before 1 November 2021, when the winner will be drawn.
- East Waste reserves the right to accept or reject entries. Photos or videos that contain offensive or inappropriate images or language will be rejected. If offensive or inappropriate comments or posts are made, East Waste reserves the right to report this and your account may be blocked.
- This competition is run by East Waste on behalf of our Member Councils; Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are not responsible in any way.
- East Waste will not be held liable for any loss incurred in the process of entering this competition.
- The winner will be notified privately through Messenger or email. The winning entry will be announced on Social Media and may also be published in Council’s E-news and/or printed Newsletter publications.
- To ensure privacy any personal contact details will not be published. It is the responsibility of all entrants to ensure they have the necessary privacy setting on their social media accounts at their own discretion.
- The prize will be posted or delivered in person as directed by the winner.
- Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards will not be refunded or replaced. This card can be used for the purchase of goods and services from any participating Foodland store. Not to be redeemed as cash or used to pay store or credit card accounts. The gift card will expire 36 months from the date of issue. Following expiry any unused amount will not be refunded.
